Baby and Child  Friendly

The owners have spent a lot of time planning how to make this into a truly family friendly property. The result is a wonderful holiday home with a range of carefully considered safety features, equipment, and fun for the children, including optional swimming pool heating and a Play Station 3. The grown-ups are not forgotten about either, which is why you can now enjoy a new sauna, or treat yourself to a spa-treatment, private chef, housekeeping or babysitting, a range of little extras to help you have a fabulous family holiday!

This is a family home designed with good taste; leather suite, flat screen TV housed in a beautiful wooden cabinet, sound system, PSP3, and cool black granite worktops to make throwing together those holiday lunches go like a dream! The kitchen is modern with a handy central island to seat the children, and mod-cons include a dishwasher, oven & microwave, and American fridge, as well as a huge utility room with second fridge, washer & dryer.  The utility also doubles as a storage area for toys, games and baby equipment. 

You can enjoy meals in the wonderful bright dining area, and in the summer this villa is perfect for eatiing al-fresco in the balmy air, with magnificent views.

For large families there are 4 bedrooms in total, split over 3 floors; the master suite is on the top floor and is extremely spacious, having a super-king size bed and sitting area with space for a couple of cots. There is also a sauna and a huge sun terrace with panoramic views; the brand new ensuite bathroom has not only a spa-bath but also a separate cubicle with rain shower, all laid in Travertine marble.

Back on the main floor, next to the sitting room, is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, perfectly suited to another couple or maybe grandparents.  Then on the lower floor there is a further huge double sized bedroom with twin beds (can be dressed as a super-king size bed) and a smaller twin bedroom and family bathroom.  The house can sleep 8 adults plus an additional child using a pull-out bed. The two large bedrooms also have space for one or two cots, and these can be arranged to suit however many infants you have.

For the children...
The swimming pool is sure to delight children at this villa, and it is within easy sight of the main living areas and terraces. Ând if by any chance they tire of the water, then the safely fenced and enclosed garden is perfect for a teddy bears picnic or a game of mini-football. For older children there are books, toys, games, DVDs and even a Sony Playstation to keep them entertained!

Outside high season, there is the option to rent this villa for just 4 adults plus a child & cots, making use of the two bedrooms on the main floor and top floor only.
