The villa is in located in a secure gated community operated by security card controlled entry gate.

The Urbanisation is quiet, well maintained and upmarket, reached by a private road. Due to its elevated position, the Villa has commanding views towards Puerto Banus and the Meditteranean Sea.

The Villa Description

The villa is spread over three floors with the main living areas and kitchen at the entry level. The living area includes a formal lounge and a separate formal dining room. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. There are ample terraces for with sun loungers and a good sized private heated swimming pool. Upstairs there is a sauna with additional separate showering facilities.

The Villa Los Pulus has 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a separate guest toilet,  The bedrooms are furnished as 2 doubles and two twins. A child cot and 2 high chairs are also available.

The living areas and bedrooms all feature individual remote controlled air-conditioning and heating units. All bathrooms feature both showers and English style baths while the Bedroom One en-suite features a large circular bath with a hand held shower.

All the rooms are light and airy, and offer spectacular  views across the Nueva Andalucia Valley and Aloha Golf Course towards Puerto Banus and the Medittereanean Sea as well as views to La Concha, the iconic mountain of Marbella and overlooking the Aloha Turtle Lake.

The Living Areas

You enter the property via the front door onto a split-level hallway/landing. As you proceed down the staircase you enter a good-sized lounge with feature log burning fireplace, climate control system and several patio doors leading to the various terraces, private pool and garden area.

To one side is a large open plan fully fitted kitchen with Meile units and an American fridge freezer. Beyond the kitchen there is an utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer as well as another fridge.

 The formal dining area is entered through an archway and also has double doors leading to a terrace.

There is also one en-suite double bedroom (see below) with patio doors leading to the pool terrace on this floor.

The Views

The Villa Los Pulus has spectacular views. To the East, the views are towards the La Concha Mountain of Marbella which towers and dominates this aspect of the Villa.

To the Southwest the Villa overlooks the peaceful Lago de Las Tortugas (Turtle Lake) which has been recently development as a conservation area and “Green Lung” by the Marbella Town Hall and includes wildlife, scenic walks and picnic areas. 

To the south, the Villa has spectacular panoramic sea views towards Puerto Banus. In the near to middle distance you can see the 18th hole of Aloha Golf Course and the Centro Plaza Shopping Centre.

Broadband and SKY TV

The Villa Los Pulus features wi-fi Broadband Internet for which a wireless enabled laptop computer is required to access this service. A new flat screen television unit provides basic satellite SKY TV channels only. There are also Region 2 DVD, CD and VHS playing facilities.

Bedroom 1

The master bedroom upstairs on the penthouse floor features a private sitting room and ensuite bathroom as well as a private terrace.

There is also a sauna on this floor with a picture window with panoramic sea views towards Puerto Banus and also separate showering facilities. Located above the lounge level this is a wonderful master bedroom with fitted wardrobes, patio doors to a large terrace with sea, mountain and lake views; a superb en-suite bathroom with a large round bath and   his and hers double hand basins.

Bedroom 2

This is located on the middle floor, on the same level as the living areas. This is a  double bedroom with its own private en-suite bathroom.

This bedroom features a Queen size double bed, bedside furniture and air-conditioning. Patio doors from this bedroom also open directly to the covered porch area and the pool terrace.

Bedroom 3

Located on the lowest floor, there are a further two double bedrooms furnished with twin beds. The larger of the two can be a twin or double by pushing the beds together. This bedroom is spacious and includes a full size settee and good quality wood bedroom furniture.

Bedroom 4

This bedroom is best suited for children or teenagers. There are twin single beds but there is also an additional pull out bed underneath one of the single beds.

Both bedrooms have child safety lockable sliding doors leading to private balconies. A separate bathroom with a bath and shower serve these bedrooms. This bedroom also has child safety lockable sliding doors and window leading to a private balcony.

The Terraces

There are extensive terraces for sunbathing on the top and middle floors as well as the pool side lawn area.

The terraces sweep from the Southeast side of the Villa to the South facing pool side terrace. Pool side sunbathing and lounging furniture as well as 2 sets of patio tables and chairs are provided.

In addition there is another large and sunny terrace on the top floor for additional sunbathing space. This area is more private from the main poolside terrace..

 The views from all terraces are spectacular. In summer it is possible to watch swallows hovering over the pool and terraces and performing aerial acrobatics.

The Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is L-shaped. It is 7m long, 5m wide at the widest end and 3m at the narrowest end. The pool is 1m deep at the shallow end and 2m deep at the deep end.

The swimming pool is heated October-May, the cost of heating is included in the rental unless otherwise stated. Please confirm this at the time of rental. Pool heating is not required and not included June-September. There is also a solar heated poolside shower.

The pool is professionally maintained by Marbella Pools & Spas Company. Cleaning includes continuous filtering, removal of leaves, and checking for pH. The pool is cleaned twice weekly in the spring / summer months May-September. Pool cleaning is weekly all during winter months.
